FOR THE PARCELS SENT VIA BPOST

1. Go to the eshop www.gwnio.com

  • Log in to "My Account"
  • Click on "My Account" and then on "My Orders"
  • Select the order and the products for which you want to be refunded
  • Explain in a few words the return’s reasons
  • Press on "generate a return"

 

2. Return the package

  • Close the box of your shipment with the items to return and the invoice.
  • Stick the return label on the package (you will find the label inside the package).
  • Bring your package to the nearest post office.
  • We will refund you directly to your account within 10 business days * after receipt and verification of your package.

 

FOR PACKAGES WITHDRAWN IN STORES

1. Go to the eshop www.gwnio.com

  • Log in to "My Account"
  • Click on "My Account" and then on "My Orders"
  • Select the order and the products to be refunded
  • Explain in a few words the reasons for the return
  • Press on "generate a return"

 

2. Return the package to a Gwnïo store

  • Fold the items to be returned in the original bag with the invoice inside.
  • Deposit it at the nearest Gwnio store.
  • We will refund you directly to your account within 10 business days * after receipt and verification of your package.
