Items must be returned:
- In their packaging in perfect condition
- Not worn
With original labels
Within 15 DAYS of receipt of the package
If any of these conditions is not met, Gwnïo reserves the right to refuse the return.
Warning ! Returns / refunds are not possible for the following categories of items: earrings, tights, socks or gift vouchers.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
FOR PARCELS SENT TO STORE:
All you need to do is return the item (s) to one of our stores (Liège, Visé, Verviers, Neupré)in its original bag with the invoice inside.
FOR POSTAL PARCELS:
> Close the box with the item (s) to be returned and the invoice.
> Stick the return label on the parcel (the label is inside the parcel automatically) and close it properly with adhesive so that it does not open during the return.
> Drop off your package at the nearest post point / post office
The refund’s deadlines are 15 days * from the date of package’s receipt in our warehouse. When you receive the email to notify you of the refund of your order: it takes 2 to 3 days for the refund to be visible on the means of payment used during the purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: this is not possible to get a refund using a payment method other than the one used when you ordered.
* The reimbursement periods mentioned are indicative and may vary depending on the period of the year (for example: holiday period, end-of-year celebrations, etc.)
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN ?
Returns are at our expense.
The shipping costs amount to 6.04 €.
For parcels sent by post: it is not possible to make an exchange. If you want the same item in a different size: you will need to order the item in the desired size later.
For parcels sent to the store: exchange is possible provided that the exchange is made for the same item (at the same price) but in a different size or color. Subject to in-store availability.
